Eight Hasaacas Ladies Players Secure Youth National Teams Call-Ups

Eight of our gallant Giantess have bagged call-ups to the Black Princesses and Black Maidens Camp.

Coaches at the various youth national teams have handed call-ups to eight of our players following their impressive showing in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

Hasaacas Ladies after securing double in domestic competitions, winning the WAFU Zone B Women’s Champions League Qualifiers and finishing first runner ups in the CAF Women’s Champions League have been honoured with six call ups to the Black Princesses team and two in the Black Maidens team.

Midfielders includes; Jafaru Rahama, Doris Boaduwaa, Evelyn Badu, Azumah Bugre, defender Asana Yahaya and goalkeeper Grace Banwaa, were those called up the the Under-20 team.

Evelyn Badu, skipper of the Black Princesses finished the CAF WCL as the best player and the top scorer with five goals in the competition.

Doris Boaduwaa remains the Hasaacas Ladies top scorer in the calendar year with 16 goals and 8 assists in all competitions.

Comfort Owusu who was adjudged the best defender in the 2021 Women’s FA Cup alongside Success Ameyaa had call-ups to the Under-17 team.
