Appiah, Boaduwaa double help Hasmal Ladies to a 5-1 win over LadyStrikers

Veronica Appiah and Doris Boaduwaa had brace each to help Hasmal Ladies thump LadyStrikers 5-1 at the Sekondi Gyandu Park.

The reverse of the 2020/2021 Women’s Premier League saw Hasmal make the most in an all round impressive display dispatching third placed side, LadyStrikers 5-1.

Coach Yusif Basigi opted for three attackers upfront and pushed winger Comfort Owusu to the right back position.

Doris Boaduwaa scored just when the whistle was blown to commence the game courtesy a well weighed pass from Evelyn Badu.

Doris Boaduwaa got her name on the scoresheet when she was set up nicely by Grace Banwah, the shot-stopper, her first goal of the season.

The game ended 5-1 for Hasmal with all three attacker registering their names on the scoresheet.
