Blessing, Bugre Return to Starting Eleven Against ASFAR

Shine Blessing and Azumah Bugre have returned to the starting eleven for the CAF Women’s Champions League semifinal clash against Morocco’s ASFAR.

The duo were missing from the third group game against Wadi Degla.

Kick off is 2:00pm at the Al Salam Stadium.

Yussif Basigi has returned to the starting eleven which picked two wins on a trot against in the opening two games of the game.

Grace Banwaa will keep the number one spot and will be flanked on the right and left by Regina Antwi and Perpetual Agyekum. Shine Blessing and skipper, Janet Egyir will be the central pair.

Faustina Nyame Aidoo will be in the defensive midfield position and on the offensive role will be Azumah Bugre.

In attack will be Veronica Appiah and behind her is Evelyn Badu who has already scored four goals in the tournament and will be flanked by Doris Boaduwaa and Jafaru Rahama.

It’s a historic semifinal clash in the newly introduced women’s champions league and a final berth is up for grabs.
