Doreen Copson has emerged as Hasaacas Ladies Football Club’s Player of the Month for the month of October after an impressive showing across four game days.

The central midfielder is rated so highly following an outstanding display across the four games winning run which she showed to be very pivotal in all.

Doreen Copson, shirt number 7, scored a goal in each of the four games to end the fine October run as the Club’s top scorer and helped secured four consecutive wins.

In a spirit of a fine performance she was adjudged the Player of the Match once when Hasaacas Ladies travelled to Mankessim on match day two to inflict a special kind of pain on Essiam Socrates Ladies for which she scored and dominated the midfield.

Doreen had earlier scored the only goal of the game when Hasaacas Ladies secured all points for the Giants after scoring a thunderbolt from a free kick at home to Berry Ladies in a 1–0 win.

In the Match Day four 4–0 home win against Police Ladies FC, Doreen Copson conjured in the middle and had one of the goals to help Hasaacas Ladies maintain the fine start to the season.

A trip to Accra, to play Thunder Queens at the PRESEC Park was tough just as anticipated yet Doreen Copson was once against on hand to tap in from close range a cross from Comfort Owusu as Hasaacas Ladies FC secured a fourth straight win.

Hasaacas Ladies will host Ridge City FC Women on Match Day five at the Sekondi Gyandu Park on Saturday, November 5, 2022 with kick off time scheduled for 3:00pm.
