Success Ameyaa, Fatimata Fuseini and Comfort Owusu were in action as Black Princesses secured a 3-0 win against the Amazons of Benin in the opening day of the West Africa Football Union Zone B U-20 Girls Championship.

Ghana is hosting the maiden edition of the West Africa Football Union Zone B U-20 Girls Championship at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium and the opening ceremony saw Yussif Basigi’s side dominate both halves sealing a 3-0 win against Benin.

Mafia Nyame, Mary Amponsah and Stella Nyamekye were the scorers on the afternoon as Ghana picked all three points.

Success Ameyaa played full throttle in the middle of the park while Fatimata Fuseini made way for Comfort Owusu in the 75th minute of the game. The three Hasmal player aided in the win for Ghana.

Ghana now leads group A after the match opener and will play Cote D’Ivoire in the final game of the three member Group.
