Hasaacas Ladies Earn Three More Call-ups in Second Batch of Ghana’s Youth Team

Hasaacas Ladies

Comfort Owusu, Abiba Issah and Veronica Kumah-Baah are the latest to join Ghana’s Black Princesses camp.

The Youth team will be led by Coach Yussif Basigi in the upcoming West Africa Football Union Youth Tournament which will be hosted by Ghana from May 20 to June 4, 2023 at Kumasi.

Ghana will compete in the maiden edition against Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Mali, Cote D’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Niger.

Comfort Owusu has played all 15 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League games and remains one of the only three players[ Doreen Copson and Fatimata Fuseini] to have achieved that feat.

Veronica Kumah-Baah is currently Hasmal Ladies joint top scorer for the ongoing season powering in seven goals in the league, same as Doris Boaduwaa.

Abiba Issah’s consistency at the heart of the defense is enough guaranteed to get her a place in the Black Princesses team.

The trio made the list for the second batch, with the first already seeing names such as, Abigail Sakyiwa, Success Ameyaa and Fatimata Fuseini.

Everyone at Hasaacas Ladies Football Club wishes you the very best of luck.
